Join us for an afternoon of fun: Qigong jacks, games of attention and focus, a little breath work and gentle movement, healthy snacks and hot beverages. You can socialize and participate in the Qi Swap*(sort of like a potlatch—see below).

*Qi Swap is a way to exchange energy and trade items (in good shape) you own a new home. Bring up to 5 items you wish to trade or give away. They will go to a good home. Ideas for things to trade or give away include: lightly used scarves, hats, books, jewelry, card decks, puzzles, mugs, teapots, silk flowers and more!
