    Join us in the Zoom room for tea, Qi and Animal Frolics Wu Qin Xi Qigong six-week series. Move the way nature intended! Classes are 30 minutes and very doable. Fun and centering.

    Do you live with chronic pain or know someone who lives with ongoing pain? If you answered yes, please come join us for Empowered Relief class! This class is a pain skill class developed at Stanford University. Josie is a certified instructor and has been leading this class since 2020.

    Our low-key outdoor and socially distanced friendly weekly practice group gathers to do simple “health Qigong” exercises that combine body awareness and breath. Get details and RSVP.
