    Join us for this free self-paced video series to do Qigong and Tai Chi exercises in a chair. Videos are short and will be frequent throughout the months of May and June. Great to get ideas about how to adapt the exercises if you have limited mobility or just want to be more mindful when you sit.

    Community Drop-In Qigong

    Our low-key outdoor and socially distanced friendly weekly practice group gathers to do simple “health Qigong” exercises that combine body awareness and breath. Get details and RSVP.

    Join us for Wudangshan Tai Chi this summer. This class is great for beginners. It is a simple form that builds confidence and Tai Chi skills.
