    Easy Beginner Tai Chi

    Always wanted to try Tai Chi? How about a low-stress, low-commitment one or two sessions (or both)? Join us in a relaxed environment. Discover the benefits of doing Tai Chi when you learn short little sequences and get a taste of the practice.

    Join us in the Zoom room for tea, Qi and Qigong for building Qi and Vitality. Move the way nature intended! Live Zoom Classes are 60 minutes and very doable. Fun, centering, and energizing.

    Pain Skills Class

    Do you live with chronic pain or know someone who lives with ongoing pain? If you answered yes, please come join us for Empowered Relief class! This class is a pain skill class developed at Stanford University. Josie is a certified instructor and has been leading this class since 2020.
