    Ever wondered if Tai Chi is for you? It’s a great year to learn Tai Chi to calm the mind and exercise the body. Tai Chi is considered exercise, and it is also an art. In this short 3-week class, you learn easy Tai Chi “forms” (sets of movements) based on principles to build a foundation to learn more complex forms.
