Glad you are here! We sit in chairs a lot. Sitting is part of life. Join this class to practice being mindful when you sit and to do gentle breathing and movement exercises while in a chair. Think of it as a gentle movement workout in a chair.

Short yet powerful gentle Qigong exercises for vitality and well-being, so you can
