Chair Qigong for Digestion and Constipation
This video shows several Qigong exercises for improving digestion and addressing constipation. We do slow and conscious abdominal massage, stretching of meridians in the arms (large and small intestine) using three movements from the Eight Brocades: “Holding Up the Sky,” “Heaven and Earth,” and “The Bow Pose.” We also do some basic abdominal strengthening, because strong abdominal muscles support easy and healthy digestion and elimination.
